So, with a little more detail work on his face, hair and background, I will be done. It was very difficult to get a good shot as I have been working with glazes which involves fast drying linseed oil, and the painting is currently very shiny. This was the best I could do .. you get the idea. I will be very happy to have it finished and hung.
Thanks for stopping by My Lovelies. Have a great day. xxoo

The painting looks much different to how it did last time you showed it, it's really good. The colours are so soft, gives a lovely atmosphere. But I agree, women are easier to paint! Have a great day, Hugs, Valerie

Wonderful job- you are taking on all kinds of new challenges. I also have a hard time w/ the male body. drawing, painting, whatever. Maybe that's why I stick to gals so much. Bravo for breaking out and you did great!
