Ah, my lovelies. Hope all is well with you, and you're enjoying a wild or relaxing weekend .... whichever suits you. :o)
I have to say it yet again. I have met some very dear people through my years of blogging. Valerie is one of them ... yes, the Valerie that many of you know. Yet another care package has arrived, beautifully decorated and filled with amazing gifts. Have a peek ....
What fun to receive a parcel decorated like this! So beautiful, I had to stare at it for awhile.
Filled to the brim with stamps, stencils, inks ...
fun embellishments ...
And a piece of art I will always covet. A signed print of the wailing wall in Jerusalem. I longed to go to Israel during my young an foolish years, when I was in Europe. It was on my agenda to work on a kibbutz. Unfortunately, my timing was not good .. the seven day war broke out, a friend of mine was blown up by a land mine while driving a tractor ... so it was not to be. I, in all likelihood would have been fine. I just got cold feet. I will treasure this piece, Valerie. xo
AND .. a beautiful large hand made tag .. magpie wearing a crown (she knows I like those, lol), with a real feather attached.
How lovely you are, dear Valerie. Thanking you from the bottom of my heart.
It's pouring rain here. Unlike Elvis, I'm not leaving the building. Hope you are having some fun today creating. Enjoy the moment.
